On this page we would like to show you a few samples of our school packages but it works for the working people as well 😏. We can just bring some ideas or we will plan the whole trip by ourselves but the most important part is always you - your needs, your interests and your expectations.

Case study - Texas A&M University

The best example of our work will be a student group from U.S.A. We are their travel partner since 2008. They need a fully planned tours focusing on a specific topic. They travel annually with about 25 students.

And here they are. Our respectable client Texas A&M - the largest university in the state. This university is providing students various oppurtunities to get a well-rounded education not only in the campus but also outside of it. They annualy travel to 2 European countries within each tour and they look for a comfy hotel, prebooked and prepaid services like dinners, transfers, guided tours and thematic trips. 

They used to arrange the trips themselves but they faced huge problems with paperwork, time consuming and missing a contact person shielding the the whole journey.  That is why they started to look for some solution. While browsing the web, they were intrigued by our website. We would like to thank to our client for a nice words about us. 👌

"Dr. Patricia Wiese and I were doing two study abroad trips in the same semester. We even had the opportunity to eat lunch at the university. 
5.) You are always professional. You respond to e-mails quickly. You send us updates as plans are made. You give us choices of hotels. If there are issues with space in hotels, you always say that you will work on it. I have complete confidence that you will make the arrangements and that everything will work out."

The university sent us an e-mail request. After a few other e-mails, we hade a good idea of what they are looking for. We used our experience with group travel and picked the most favourite hotels according to client needs and budget. Due to our long standing strong position in the travel market, we can offer special group prices and assurance.

GROUP OFFER - TRIPS 

Because it is a school trip, they have to follow some student plans. That is no problem at all!  We have just asked for a rough idea and the main interest so we had something for the start. This client needed to focus on the main sightseeings, war memorials, injustice, loyalty and courage of the locals.  Good traditionals restaurants are the metter of course.

DETAILED ITINERARY

At this point had the client time to discuss the offered possibilities with the group and object them. We are open to all ideas and wishes to make the client satisfied. Please be open to us as well for the best result. When the group agreed, we sent them a detailed itinerary - hour by hour - with necessery contacts and descriptions.

CONFIRMATION

The last adjustments are finished, the client is satisfied and we can send the confirmation of the hotel as well. At this time we will ask for the rooming list and you will recieve all documents like maps, adresses and menu for the restaurants. We still communicate with the client about the payment and cancelation conditions, about the arrival time and meeting points.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENETS

Finally we would like to show you what other documents you can receive from us after the payment. This group received not only vouchers for the accommodation but also for the guide, the dinner and the trip to castle Hluboka. We are sending a voucher for every single trip, hotel or service with exact names, addreses and mobile numbers. We are sure, it will help you to stay calm during the whole trip.

By sending the final documents is the reservation at the end BUT our interest never ends. You can contact us, the guide or the restaurant whenever during your event. All contacts are mentioned in the confirmation.
