How do I cancel my reservation and what are the cancellation fees?

You can cancel your booking on www.1BigEurope.com if you log in to the web page with your user name and password (your reservation number and your e-mail address ).
You can also cancel by e-mail if you mention your booking number.
up to 2 days prior to arrival: no fees
2 – 0 days or no show: the cost of the first night

Please, send us the cancellation as soon as possible by fax (00420 415 658 497) or e- mail info@1BigEurope.com with a requirement for confirmation from us.
Cancellation fees are calculated from all confirmed services:
up to 30 days prior to arrival: no fees
29 - 22 days prior to arrival: 30%
21 - 15 days prior to arrival: 60%
14 - 7 days prior to arrival: 80%
7 - 3 days prior to arrival: 90%
2 - 0 days prior to arrival: 100%
Is it possible to book the transfer airport - hotel, hotel – airport?
Our company organise transfer only for that clients who have made the reservation and have ensured accommodation with our agency. Transfers can be booked only in advance of two days and more in both directions.
How is the transfer from the airport organised?
We need to know the time and the number of your flight (arrive and departure), at least two days before your arrival. When you reach the airport hall you will see your driver holding a board with your name. The payment can be charged of your credit card or paid in cash to driver.
How are prices on your web site for transfer presented? Is it always per person?
The prices are always presented per car per one way. We must know how many people will share a car for maximum capacity. The prices are according to the type of the rented car.
Where shall I apply my claim and ask money refund?
We are very sorry if you were not satisfied with our service or hotel we arranged for you.
Please contact us till 5 days by e-mail email@example.com and we will do our best to solve the situation out to your full satisfaction. In case you cancel the accommodation or service on time, we will refund the amount to your account within 10 working days. Unfortunately the unused services are nonrefundable.
